Practise make perfect

Recently, I practised painting Priscillia Hauser's rose. At first, it was very difficult to get a perfect rose until I almost gave up. I went through the techniques again. So,the next day, when I found some free time from the usual chores, I continued practising. At last, I finally nailed it. Well, not 100% perfect, but I am satisfied with it. Above picture is the book I referred to. So, in the next entry, I will review the book and write about it here. Insya Allah. :)

I tried playing with colors and took notes each time I was finished with one rose.... every detail I jotted down so easy for me to refer to it later.

My first attempts, not quite there yet.

A few months back, I painted this rose and also hydrangea.
